Analysis of water samples of four central rivers of Bangladesh

Four central rivers of Bangladesh were selected for this research. The name the is Buriganga, Dhaleshwari, Shitalakshya and Meghna. Electrical Conductivity (EC), pH, Total Dissolved Solid (TDS), Salinity four river waters evaluated. EC values water Meghna found to be 366.0, 299.2, 290.4 130.8 µS/cm respectively. Similarly, pH 7.67, 7.38, 7.30 7.18 higher Buriganga than that other three waters. TDS salinity 180 mg/l 0.72% On hand, was lower compared rivers. From research, clear quality much better Shitalakshya. inferior. Dhaka city, capital Bangladesh, stands on bank river, as a result large number unban waste goes directly Buriganga. As result, became polluted. This investigation proved still suitable many applications.
